Our modern timber High Performance Porches are designed and built to meet your exact requirements. Each bespoke porch is built using a modern timber framed construction, wrapped with uPVC to provide outstanding insulation, whilst reducing the need of future maintenance. In addition, the construction method provides you with walls that are stronger and more stable than a normal timber wall. The design will allow you to maximise the amount of light and provide you with storage space to free up some of the other areas of your home.
High Performance Porches are built to a high specification, economical to maintain and run and provide the maximum space and light.
A typical porch would include:
- 1 External door
- 3 External windows (1 tilt & turn) – allowing for plenty of ventilation when required
- 1 Velux rooflight
- 2 Base cupboards
- 2 Wall cupboards
- Space for a fridge/washing machine/dryer etc.
- 1 Wardrobe with shoe rack and storage cupboard above
- Spolights, uplighters and downlighters
All the items above can be customised to your requirements and the porch itself conforms fully with building regulations and planning permission rules.
